Yo thephisher! This douchebag down below forced me to register so I could let you know how grateful I am for all you do with Aqueous. Obviously the guy down below doesnt understand that fans like you and me are what AQ needs to succeed. UnclePhils blog is freaking awesome too. Dont let the debbie downer effect you. I would love if you kept recording there shows because I live in TN and have no way to attend there shows!
Keep it real buddy! This recording sounds great by the way.

Meta Data fixed
I just realized the Meta Creator field was messed up in these files, I have fixed it. Thanks for your input eyes, the Tascam I have only does 2 track so I can either get SBD or AUD. Since there was noone else taping I didn't want to chance the SBD for my first time. I'm hoping to find some time to EQ these more to boost the bass a bit at which point I will re-upload.

Dunno what's up with that guy
..but this recording really isn't so bad. I mean, yeah a matrix of the soundboard would be better but hey, I'm just happy to be able to hear the show. This recording could be significantly worse, anyone who's listened to an Grateful Dead aud tape from the late '60s/early '70s could tell you that.
It seems like this guy Auntie Phil's Blog has got some sort of personal bias thing going on, which is pretty lame. Hope I don't run into him at any shows, he'd certainly harsh my mellow.
As far as constructive criticism goes, it seems as if your Tascam guy there is capable of four-track recording. When you record, bring XLR and 1/4" cables with you and see if you can get a stereo out from the board, then you can record that and use the onboard mics in tandem to get a fuller, more rounded out sound. Even if you sacrifice a nice spot like the balcony, having the board mix will make your sound significantly better for future shows.

A Pathetic Attempt
This recording sucks almost as much as you and your lame ass blog. For as good as this recording is, you may as well been in the bathroom taping it with your cell phone. I am ashamed to be an Aqueuos fan if people think we are all like you. Your cheeziness can cut thru a club full of people and when that stench of bad fish and vinegar hits my nose it makes me want to puke. What else can you do to make yourself seem more important to the band? How long until you're talikin trash about how you'd be a better manager and get them better pay for their gigs? You come acrossed like your the first person to have heard them play a note and because of YOU is the only reason they are at the point they are now. Why don't you find something of your own to do with all this spare time you apparently have, instead of glomming on to others in the attempt to steal some of their shine.
